Ingrid designs a customized yoga therapy plan to help you focus on specific life and health issues. This is done thoughtfully and gently from the first session discussion and practice to the last session. The practice is done at home between sessions.


My yoga therapy plan includes poses, breath work and mudras. My experience with the practice has been a gradual, deep awareness and opening around the issues that have brought insight and a positive and, at times, profound shift in the way I experience them. The body holds the memory of our experiences and this therapy releases emotions to be observed in a supportive, caring way.
