Transense Holistic Centre
These classes are limited to 5 participants so everyone can expect some individual attention and support. The classes suit older adults who have some or no experience with yoga and may have limited mobility, stamina and/or stability. Chairs, mats and other supporting props are provided. Participants will learn gentle poses, breathing practices and other yoga tools designed to enhance strength, energy, balance, cognition and mood.

Lawrence Park Community Church
This community class is for seniors at all levels. Participants may use chairs for some or all of the class and they are encouraged to bring their own mats as none are provided. Participants will learn gentle poses, breathing practices and other yoga tools designed to enhance strength, energy, balance, cognition and mood.

Fee: $90 for six weeks (2 complementary weeks this session); $20 drop-in
