These classes are limited to 5 participants so everyone can expect some individual attention and support. The classes suit older adults who have some or no experience with yoga and may have limited mobility, stamina and/or stability. Chairs, mats and other supporting props are provided. Participants will learn gentle poses, breathing practices and other yoga tools designed to enhance strength, energy, balance, cognition and mood.
